Jay is the CEO of the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA).During the #COVID19 #pandemic, he organized CAA paying back 31 million dollars to members due to stay-at-home orders. And while many employers were laying off staff, all 4,000 employees of CAA kept their jobs during the pandemic.

Jay was a board member and is a volunteer pilot of Hope Air, a national charity that arranges free non-emergency medical flights for low-income Canadians who must travel far from home to access healthcare.

 

Together with his organization, the man with a proven heart of service raised $1.25m for Hope Air, whose pilots also flew #PPE to remote parts of the country during COVID19. Jay once was short-listed as a NASA candidate.
