Saifoo is a sales representative for Home-Life who has been a full-time Realtor since 1994.
Saifoo gave us some recent updates on the housing market in the Great Toronto Area (GTA), Canada.
A ‘Power Point Slide Presentation’ is included for pricing fluctuation comparisons.
Saifoo pointed out that real estate markets can vary significantly by region, so it’s essential to consider local factors when interpreting these updates.
Following the presentation Saifoo answered several questions from the floor.
